EXTENDED CARE

Extended Care is open to our school children and the community! Daily care or occasional use–Immanuel offers loving care for children with the flexibility families need.

We offer an environment that challenges children to play as well as learn how to get along with each other. The children are involved in crafts, games, and other learning experiences throughout the school year. Children enrolled in our PK3 Program through 8th grade may enroll as well as any community child starting at age 3.

Extended care is open before school from 7:00-8:30am and after school from 2:30-6:00pm. We generally follow the ILS school calendar, however there are some days we still offer extended care even when the school has a day off, to view our Extended Care specific Calendar, please click here.

Parent Reminders

  • If your child is with us over the lunch period, he/she MUST bring a lunch – we do not provide lunches.

  • You must fill out your reservations online weekly the Wednesday before use.

  • We serve healthy snacks and water to drink.  We follow the school handbook and wellness policy. Thank you for your support in this endeavor.

  • If you would like to donate snacks, below are a few suggestions.

    • Cereal (Cheerios, Frosted Mini Wheats, Kix, Rice or Wheat Chex, or any other whole grain)

    • Mini water bottles

    • Pretzels, graham crackers, whole grain crackers, or white popcorn

    • Fresh fruit – apples, applesauce, grapes, or cuties.

    • Fresh veggies (already cut and ready to serve), and dip for veggies

    ALL SNACKS MUST BE PEANUT FREE AND MADE AT A NUT FREE FACILITY -THANK YOU!

  • Donations of any of the following items are greatly appreciated and help cut down on our expenses:

    Paper towels, fragrance free baby wipes, Clorox disinfecting wipes, plastic spoons, paper plates, napkins, Ziplock baggies, etc. are all welcome!
